Claire has always been a keen sports enthusiast, competing in gymnastics and trampolining at a county level in to her late teens. Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008 with an honors degree in Sports Therapy she has committed to expanding her knowledge and clinical skills.

A specialist in Sports Massage she is accredited by the Sports Massage Association and Society of Sports Therapists, Claire has provided soft-tissue assistance to world class athletes such as the Australian Rugby Wallaroos, in professional football for Brentford FC, and at prestigious events such as the London Marathon.

Now fulfilling the role of Deputy Director and Clinic Manager at MatchFit Athletics, Claire brings expertise gained from pitch-side and clinical experience to her management of the Sports Injury Clinic at our CrossFit location. She believes in treating the athlete in everyone and particularly enjoys the challenge of rehabilitation and restoring functional and sport specific fitness.
