COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to recent government advice related to the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to update our working practices. We are now open to see patients who meet certain criteria and are consenting to our updated procedures outlined below.

Arriving
You are not currently required to wear a mask at Simply Gym and Match Fit but you are welcome to if it makes you feel comfortable.
You will be asked to review and sign a screening and consent form.
If any of your answers on this form suggest you have been exposed or could have the virus you’ll be asked to head home and follow NHS guidance.
You will be asked to use some alcohol gel to clean your hands.
PPE
When we are within your social distance to assess and treat you we will be be wearing PPE and will offer you some too. You are welcome to wear your own mask if you like.
All PPE used during your appointment, as well as wipes and towels are single use and are thrown away or laundered respectively.
Deep cleaning policy
The door will remain open as much as is appropriate to help the buildings air circulation.
Clean all hard surfaces.
Wash and launder all work clothes.
Wear PPE whilst cleaning.
Wash your hands.
End of Consultation
Card transactions are encouraged during payment.
Allow time between appointments to sanitise all patient surface contacts.
Dispose of all patient and practitioner PPE.
Wash your hands.
